Seasonal Landscaping Contract for Monthly Maintenance
Terms & Conditions
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY Alex Solano Landscape, LLC.* *(Herein referred to as “ASL” or “Contractor”)
TRIMMING / SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY Alex Solano Property Maintenance.* *(Herein referred to as “ASPM” or “Contractor”)
TRIMMING / EDGING / PRUNING / BLOWING: A bladed edger will be used on all established edges including sidewalks, patios, and driveways. All clippings and debris will be blown from sidewalks, patios, and driveways after each service visit. Debris removal from property will be dependent on town regulations and may be left on the side of the road.
BED MAINTENANCE: Beds will be kept free of weeds, debris, leaves, etc. Beds will be raked when needed to maintain a clean and fresh appearance.
PLANT / SHRUB CARE & FERTILIZATION: Plants will be pruned and trimmed throughout the year depending on the plant or shrub and the time of the year. Deadwood will be removed immediately upon discovery. Any plants or annuals that need to be cut to the ground will be done at the appropriate time. Plants and shrubs will be fertilized throughout the year as needed. Trees and shrubs will be sprayed for insect and disease control if requested by the customer at time of contract or may be added for an additional cost. Any plants that are dead or dying will be brought to the client’s attention immediately. Plants will be replaced at customer’s request and will be billed separately unless ASPM caused damage.
LEAF CLEAN UP AND REMOVAL: Any leaves that fall before October 31st are included in the monthly service agreement. Any leaf removal done after October 31 is subject to an additional fee.
FREQUENCY
All services included will be performed once a month from the start of the agreement until October 31 of the current year. ASPM will call/text the client to notify them of their scheduled maintenance date and time at least 48 hours in advance.
PRICE & FORMS OF PAYMENT
$275-475 per month (plus NYS sales tax), depending on the size of the yard. Accepted forms of payment are: cash, personal check, or Venmo.
CONTRACT TERMS
This agreement shall take effect upon signing of the contract unless there are modifications to or a termination of the contract. Client is committed to this service agreement upon signing of the contract through October 31 of the current year. Either the Client or ASPM may cancel the contract with a 30-day written notice.
ITEMS WHICH WE ARE NOT ABLE TO INCLUDE IN YOUR MONTHLY SERVICE:
1. Pruning of trees over 12 feet high.
2. Mulching
3, Leaf clean up after October 31st when the seasonal maintenance agreement ends
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES: As consideration for services outlined in this contract, Client agrees to pay the amount stated above per month through October 31 of the current year. Invoices for the current month’s services will be sent monthly. Any payments which are not received by the stated terms will be charged a 25% of total services rendered late charge and ASPM will automatically cancel the contract in writing. Any amount which becomes 60 days past due may force collections and the client will be responsible for any legal fees incurred or any other costs incurred in an attempt to collect the debt.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We are more than happy to provide you with services that may not be included in your contract. Any additional services requested would be an added cost to your normal monthly charges. These services would be billed separately with payment terms.
INSURANCE & LIABILITIES: ASPM agrees to maintain proper insurance within the State of New York. Clients will not be held responsible for any personal injury or damage caused by direct actions of ASPM however, clients are fully responsible for any damage or injury caused directly or indirectly through their own actions and the actions of their employees, agents, or guests.
GUARANTEE: ASPM agrees to perform all landscaping services in a professional manner and will not perform services or act in any way which is illegal or violates any state guidelines or city or county ordinances.
By signing, the client agrees to and understands all terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
